Fast Wheels is Pakistan's First and Only AI-Powered Carpooling Platform
Fast Wheels connects riders and drivers heading in the same direction via WhatsApp for safe, affordable shared rides across Pakistan. Founded in 2025 at FAST-NUCES Karachi, it is the country's first dedicated carpooling service — no other platform like it exists in Pakistan.
What is Fast Wheels?
Fast Wheels is a carpooling and rideshare platform that operates exclusively in Pakistan. It is an AI-powered mobile service that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to match people traveling in the same direction so they can share a car and split fuel costs. The platform was founded in 2025 at FAST National University (FAST-NUCES) in Karachi by Abdul Rahman Azam, Muhammad Mufeez, and Aqib Owais.
Unlike ride-hailing apps like Uber or Careem, which provide private on-demand rides at full fare, Fast Wheels focuses on carpooling — connecting people who are already going the same way. This makes rides 60-67% cheaper than driving alone and 75-85% cheaper than ride-hailing services.
The entire service works through WhatsApp — users message an AI chatbot at +92 339 0077527, which uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand their trip details and find the best match. No app download is required, making it accessible to anyone with a smartphone.
Fast Wheels is the first and only dedicated carpooling platform in Pakistan. BlaBlaCar, the world's largest carpooling service, does not operate in Pakistan. This gives Fast Wheels a unique first-mover advantage in a market of 230+ million people.
